Erik Rivera has worked for Avid Commercial for 2 years. He works primarily on the front lines building customer relationships and sales. Erik’s main job responsibility is finding the needs of borrowers and the loan structure that fits those needs best. Every borrower we work with has their own specific needs, Erik ensures these needs are met by working directly with our underwriting committee.
