Alan Rivera has been a part of Avid Commercial for some time now. Building relationships with customers is his main focus. Alan is a bilingual (Spanish) speaker able to assist clients with information that can help determine the best option for their commercial mortgage loan. Alan has worked with borrowers from different places all over the nation with Avid’s SBA 504 program, originating new loans and refinancing. As an account executive in sales, Alan will make sure we at Avid Commercial give you great service, information, and build a trust worthy relationship that may continue for many years.
