Avid Commercial specializes in commercial mortgage loans for owner occupied properties that fit within the SBA purview. We provide long term, below market, fixed rate financing to small businesses for purchase and rate/term refinance transactions. In select areas we will also fund construction and renovation projects that qualify for our term financing.

  • FICO above 675

  • Must be 51% Owner Occupied
