Mr. Fawson was at Zion’s Bank where he managed the national multi-family division and was responsible for loan acquisition and sales as well as new originations. He oversaw all lending aspects from policies and procedures to sourcing, processing, underwriting and ultimately funding of over $600 million in Commercial real estate loans. Prior to Zion’s he was SVP for Pacific Premier Bank where he oversaw all lending activities totaling over $1 billion, member of loan committee, ALCO committee and credit committee. He worked to develop policies and procedures for all lending products. He has held various banking positions from analyst to SVP for over 20 years in the banking and financial industry.
