Stephen Sobel is a transplant from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He comes to Avid Commercial, having worked with small business for 7 years. When he’s not financing their latest real estate acquisition, you can find Stephen hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing on the Wasatch Front. Stephen is the son of an entrepreneur, and an entrepreneur himself. He grew up helping his father run a small, successful costume jewelry company. Later in life, after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, Stephen opened up his own marketing company specializing in local advertising for small business. He joined Avid Commercial because they of their shared interest in helping small businesses grow, and helping people achieve the American Dream.
