Underwriter, worked for Zion’s Bank as a commercial loan officer from 2006 until September 2012. Was assigned to the Texas/Oklahoma markets for one year focusing primarily on SBA 504 and conventional owner-occupied loans. Over the last five years with the bank, underwrote primarily non owner-occupied commercial real estate properties nationwide. Originated and purchased approximately 160 commercial and multi-family loans totaling approximately $170MM over a three-year period.
